 Hydrate up! __ "I drink so much water, my friends call me an alien," says Swift, who always holds a bottle of H2O nearby.

 Listen to your intestines. Stress and anxiety? Swift is also concerned with it, but know it is not all bad - in fact it can be there to tell you something. "It can also lead to something that leads you out of this feeling and into something creative," she says.

 Keep a magazine. "From a young age at some point I would feel pain, I'd think it's OK, I can write about it after school," she says. "And still, somehow something hurts like a refusal or sadness or loneliness, or I feel joy or fall in love, I wonder Can I write a song about it, so I know how I feel?"
